StMarcel is led by Gerald Pierre — a transformation director and AI practitioner with over 20 years of international delivery experience across private sector, public institutions, and global organisations.

Gerald has served as Programme Director, Transformation Director, Interim CIO, and Executive Committee member across organisations in financial services, FMCG, healthcare, fashion and retail, energy, construction, and travel — including a €40M national programme recognised as one of Europe's most innovative healthcare initiatives.
AI Delivery
At the World Food Programme, Gerald designed and delivered a production-grade AI system combining semantic search, automated tagging, summarisation, and generative Q&A — reducing evidence retrieval from weeks to minutes. He was subsequently invited to lead AI innovation across 42 UN organisations at the UN System-Wide Evaluation Office.
